Driver Claims 45 MPH Despite Speedometer Frozen at 98

Victoria Floyd was arrested for DUI following a high-speed chase that ended in a crash at the intersection of U.S. Highway 29 and Harve Mathis Road in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia on a Wednesday afternoon. Multiple witnesses captured video footage of Floyd's black sedan pursuing a white sedan at high speed down U.S. Highway 29.
