The traffic stop occurred on southbound I-95 during the afternoon hours as the group traveled toward Fort Pierce, Florida.
Deputies discovered that Espinoza had permitted her teenage sister, who did not possess a valid driver's license, to operate her Chevrolet Equinox while transporting a 3-year-old and 1-year-old. The children were found to be improperly secured during the interstate journey.
