Woman Asleep at Gas Pump Faces License Charge

Deputies with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office responded to a Circle K gas station in Palm Coast, Florida, after receiving a call about a vehicle parked at the pumps for several hours. Upon arrival, a deputy found a woman asleep inside the car with her prosthetic leg and pants removed.

The woman told the deputy she had left a party in Jacksonville around 4:00 a.m. and stopped at the gas station because she was tired and needed fuel. During the encounter, the deputy located an open container of liquor in the back seat, along with marijuana remnants and loose Xanax and hydrocodone pills that were not in their prescription bottles.

A records check revealed that the woman's driver's license was suspended, with multiple prior convictions for driving while license suspended.

According to the video description, the woman offered several times to take a breathalyzer test. She was not charged with DUI.
